Wendy M. Enochs
Wendy M. Enochs is of counsel in the Greensboro law firm of Coltrane and Overfield, PLLC, where she practices family law. Ms. Enochs is a former District Court Judge in Guilford County, having served from 1994 until 2016. Ms. Enochs was appointed as Chief District Court Judge in 2011. She also served on the North Carolina Court of Appeals in 2016.
Ms. Enochs was a member of the Family Law Council of the Family Law Section of the North Carolina Bar Association for three years. She has served on the District Court Judges’ Juvenile Justice Committee and the Chief Justice’s Judicial Ethics Commission. From 2014 through 2016, Ms. Enochs served on the Family Court Advisory Committee, as well as the Governor’s Crime Commission. She has been a lecturer and panel member for continuing legal education and continuing judicial education courses for attorneys and judges.
Ms. Enochs received her B.S. degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She received her J.D. degree from Campbell University in 1991. Ms. Enochs became a member of the North Carolina State Bar in 1991.
